EHS Team Lead

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Lead and mentor the EHS team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring that our operations meet sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with workplace activities.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of EHS activities and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall safety and environmental performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with a proven track record in leading EHS teams.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Proficient in using EHS management software such as SAP EHS, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, preferably in the food or agricultural industry.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Indonesia, particularly in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
