Momentum Indonesia is a leading company in the logistics and supply chain industry. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in their day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Support the finance team in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
