📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement changes as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote and maintain a positive and professional work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
