📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including scheduling and routing.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption.

Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance.

Maintain accurate records of fleet activities.

Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in all aspects of fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.

Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel as required.
