Village Zone Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Learning Development to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of training sessions.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the HR team in the recruitment and selection process.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.,Assist in the coordination of external training providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Learning and Development or HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.,Familiarity with learning and development best practices and methodologies.
