📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Assist in the training and development of sales teams to improve performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals with customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Assist in the development of sales presentations and marketing materials.,Participate in trade shows and other sales events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with the retail industry and trends is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
