Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write, edit, and review technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and release notes,Provide support to our customers by answering technical questions and resolving issues,Collaborate with other members of the technical writing team to ensure consistency and quality across all documentation,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or WordPress,Experience working in a software development environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Passion for technology and a desire to make a difference
