Prima Duta Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. The HSE Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of health, safety, and environmental data and prepare reports for management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate risks associated with the company's operations.,Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the health, safety, or environmental field.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software is a plus.
