📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor workplace safety and environmental conditions, and conduct regular inspections to identify and address hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.
• Work with project teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including incident reports, safety data sheets, and environmental compliance records.
• Participate in audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, SAP, and specialized HSE software.
