📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.,Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business development proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using business development software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
