QUARK Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vessel, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our crew and equipment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both onshore and afloat, providing a unique and challenging experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and motivate the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Plan and execute navigation routes, ensuring efficient and safe travel.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment, ensuring optimal performance.,Handle all administrative tasks related to vessel operations, including documentation and reporting.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to ensure the well-being of the crew.,Collaborate with the onshore team to coordinate operations and resolve any issues that arise.,Adhere to all environmental regulations and practices to minimize the vessel's impact on the ecosystem.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong knowledge of navigation, vessel operations, and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote communication tools.,Previous experience working in a multicultural team environment.
