📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.,Create and manage content for our social media channels, including blogs, videos, and infographics.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.,Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance.,Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.,Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and social media marketing.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and social media management tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
