📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying and assessing risks associated with the company's operations and recommending appropriate controls.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, or CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and risk management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant audit software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
