📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage cash and bank deposits, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Process and verify customer accounts and transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer records.
  • Support the branch manager in administrative tasks.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Comply with all banking regulations and internal policies.
