📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the nursing staff and ensure they adhere to the hospital's policies and procedures.,Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure the hospital adheres to all regulatory requirements and standards.,Develop and implement nursing plans to improve patient outcomes.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nurses.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
