📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the security operations at the facility.,Ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and visitors.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Coordinate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Train and supervise security personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Proficiency in using security management software and tools.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SSSSN, SSSST, or equivalent).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
