📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the security operations of clients, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, assets, and premises.
• Develop and implement security strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Train and supervise security officers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on security operations and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security professionals to enhance the overall security of our clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the security industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing security operations and ensuring the safety of clients.
• Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
