📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs for culinary staff.,Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff skills and knowledge are up-to-date.,Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.,Maintain high standards of food safety and quality in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations.,Mentor and guide junior staff members to help them grow in their careers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef or culinary instructor.,Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Proven track record of successful training programs.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
