Gold Leaf Abadi is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development objectives.,Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement through analysis of employee performance and feedback.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our training programs.,Maintain and update the company's learning management system (LMS) to ensure it is user-friendly and effective.,Provide reports and presentations on the progress and outcomes of training programs to relevant stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
