Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
