📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the sales team's performance and ensuring they meet their sales targets.,Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.,Training and mentoring sales team members to improve their performance.,Monitoring sales data and providing regular reports to management.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.,Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.,Managing the sales budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
