📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize molecular diagnostic assays for various applications.,Conduct research to improve the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of diagnostic tests.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical diagnostic solutions.,Perform quality control and validation of diagnostic assays.,Publish and present research findings in scientific journals and conferences.,Mentor and train junior scientists and technical staff.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in molecular diagnostics and biotechnology.,Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for diagnostic testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.,Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or related research.,Strong understanding of PCR, qPCR, and other molecular techniques.,Experience with diagnostic assay development and validation.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
