📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.,Develop design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure seamless project execution.,Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations.,Source and select materials, finishes, and furniture to achieve desired design outcomes.,Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.,Provide design guidance and support to junior team members.,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and address their feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles and project types.,Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.,Familiarity with local materials, finishes, and furniture suppliers.
