📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock management, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Train and supervise junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.,Proven experience in inventory management and sales tracking.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
