📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and fit-out of premium residential and commercial projects.,Ensure that all construction work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the client's requirements.,Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site.,Manage and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors.,Ensure that all materials and equipment are used efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on fit-out work.,Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Previous experience working on premium residential and commercial projects is a plus.
