📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various audiences,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing guidelines and style manual,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with creating and maintaining user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
