📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools,Ability to travel as needed for training sessions
