HR Coordinator - Creative Agency (Recruitment & Employee Experience)

As an HR Coordinator at PT HEYRCG BISA SABI, you'll be responsible for overseeing our recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. You'll also be instrumental in our onboarding program, ensuring new hires feel welcome and integrated into our team. Additionally, you'll play a key role in our employee engagement initiatives, organizing team-building activities and feedback sessions to keep our employees motivated and engaged.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and feedback sessions
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or Greenhouse
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for building strong teams
